Children’s Board of Hillsborough County (CBHC) Joins BHF

Thanks to a generous grant by the CBHC, Building Healthy Futures, Inc. (BHF) launched its new official website and created media assets to increase BHF’s visibility in our community. With this grant, we are effectively reaching out to families in need with our programs. At BHF, we are delighted to partner with CBHC to spearhead initiatives that improve the quality of life of families and children in Hillsborough County and create opportunities to build a healthier future.

The Children’s Board of Hillsborough County proudly serves children and families. Created by the voters in 1988, the CBHC provides funding for services and support on behalf of children, with an emphasis on pregnant women and children birth to age eight. In fiscal year 2020, the CBHC invested $51.8 million in more than 66 local non-profit agencies. The strategic focus of the Children’s Board is to work with organizations who share a common vision of offering support to children so they can lead a healthy, safe, and productive life, which makes a difference for all residents of Hillsborough County.
